Under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Consumer Rights Protection”, you may return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order to someone else’s address?
Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient’s full name and phone — the courier will contact them directly.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order amount is 100,000 UZS. Smaller orders can still be delivered, but delivery may cost more than the order itself.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, we send an SMS with a tracking number. In Tashkent — the courier coordinates by phone.
Do you deliver on the day of the order?
Yes, in Tashkent — for orders placed before 14:00. After 14:00 — the next day.
What if the package arrives damaged?
Open the parcel and check it in front of the courier. If it is damaged — draw up a report with the courier and contact us right away. We will replace it at our expense.
Do you work with companies?
Yes. We provide closing documents (invoice, contract, waybill) on request. Bank transfer with VAT is available.
